I've been designing since 1999, with 15+ years leading designers, building design operations, and tying creative choices to clear business outcomes.

Email & lifecycle marketing: I'm Klaviyo certified, and I plan, design, and build campaigns and flows, segmentation, list health, deliverability, and reporting. Current work includes an outdoor retail brand, a 36-location equipment dealership, and a full platform migration into Klaviyo.

Brand systems: brand strategy & positioning, visual identity (logo, typography, color, imagery), art direction, and channel toolkits, all captured in brand guidelines a whole team can use.

Ecommerce: I've sold on Etsy since 2011, and as of September 2024 my own shops had passed 110,000 orders and 17,000 reviews. I launch and grow Etsy shops and build Shopify stores, from catalog structure, collections, and product pages to listing SEO, photography, and mockups.

Pinterest: pin design systems, keyword-led titles and descriptions, board strategy, and weekly analytics. My own party decor brand went from zero to 72,000 monthly impressions in four weeks, with no ad spend.

Search & AI visibility: SEO audits, on-page content, and structured data so brands show up in Google and in AI answers.

Paid social creative: ad design and campaign creative for Meta.

Websites for local service businesses: sites built to bring in leads, with local search, Google Business Profile, call tracking, and lead forms set up from day one.

AI workflows: I build custom AI workflows and image generation systems for ecommerce brands, including Claude skills built around a brand's voice and rules, and product imagery and mockups with Nano Banana Pro and Midjourney.

Publishing & digital products: print books on Amazon KDP, study guides, printables, and spreadsheet tools.

Operations: organized systems built on solid SOPs, so processes don't need to be re-explained a million times.
